Parental Involvement

Parental involvement at The Children’s Castle is strong.  We have a self-governed Parent Council that plans a variety of family fun events throughout the year such as a Halloween Party, a Holiday Party, a Valentine’s Day Dance, and an End of the Year Picnic. To provide such fun activities, we have fundraising events such as an annual Thanksgiving Bake Sale, Flatbread Pizza Night and Paint Nite.  Parent Council meetings are held bi-monthly at the Children’s Castle and open to all parents.

Community service projects that the families support include the Amesbury Holiday Program, donations to Our Neighbor’s Table, Petal Works, and an annual coat drive.  These projects help our children to learn the value of giving and volunteerism.
