Our small, self-contained classrooms with 8-10 children allow the teachers to facilitate a wonderful balance of learning and play. A fun hands-on curriculum provides opportunities to explore the areas of art, language and literacy, math, science, music, problem solving and imagination. Play is the best vehicle to promote good social skills and peer relationships. The teachers create interest centers to encourage role playing, conversation and teamwork. Pre-writing skills are introduced using the “Handwriting without Tears” program.
