Parental Involvement

Parental involvement at The Children’s Castle is strong.  We have a self-governed Parent Council that plans a variety of family fun events throughout the year such as a Halloween Party, a Holiday Party, a Valentine’s Day Dance, and an End of the Year Picnic. To provide such fun activities, we have fundraising events such as a Cider Hill Thanksgiving Pie fundraiser, Easter Coffee Cake Fundraiser and Classroom Raffle Basket at the End of Year Picnic.

Community service projects that the families support include the Amesbury Holiday Giving Program, donations to Our Neighbor’s Table and an annual coat drive.  These projects help our children to learn the value of giving and volunteerism.
